How many outcomes is your organisation trying to deliver?
Thinking about all the different corporate strategies in an organisation, how many goals and outcomes do you think are lurking? I’ve done some counting recently, and it was a big number.
Why strategy struggles at implementation
There’s a lot in the corporate world that eats strategy for breakfast. We do the work to understand the issues, set the direction, and what we want to achieve. It sounds and looks amazing. But my gripe is implementation.
